How do I install the software for my product if I don't have the CD?
Note: Mac drivers are available via download only.
You can download the latest driver for your product from the Downloads tab on your product support page.
If you're using Windows RT, drivers will automatically install when you plug your product into the tablet's USB port or when you connect the tablet to the network where your product is connected.
Note: Only Epson drivers and utilities are available for download. If your product came with third-party software, the software is available only on the CD that came with the product.
To download and install the drivers and utilities, do the following:
- Make sure the product is not connected to your computer. (You will be prompted to connect it during the installation process, if necessary.)
- Go to the Downloads tab for your product and download the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package for your operating system.
Note: Make a note of the file name and its location so you can easily retrieve it.
- Open the file you downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
