I replaced an ink cartridge, but my product shows that the same ink is expended. What should I do?

    The cartridge may not be seated properly and may need to be reseated. Do the following:

    1. Open the ink cartridge cover.
    2. Make sure the new cartridge is pushed in all the way. It should click into place.
    3. Close the ink cartridge cover.

      The product charges the ink. When the home screen appears, ink replacement is complete. Do not turn off the product while charging or you will waste ink.
