I still see white or dark lines in my printout after cleaning the print head three times. What should I do?

  • If most or all of the lines are missing when you print a nozzle check pattern, run a Power Cleaning.

Note: If most of the lines in the nozzle check appear, run a Cleaning instead.

If you still see gaps in the nozzle check pattern after running a Power Cleaning, turn the product off and wait for at least 12 hours. Then run the nozzle check again and run a Cleaning if necessary. If print quality does not improve, run a Power Ink Flushing. If print quality still does not improve, contact Epson support.

Note: Power Cleaning consumes more ink than Cleaning.
