How should I store my product if it's not going to be used for a long time?

• Epson recommends storing the product in a cool, dry environment. See your product's documentation for recommended storage temperatures.

  Check the ink cartridges before placing the product in storage. If any ink cartridge is very low or expended, Epson recommends replacing it with a new ink cartridge to help prevent the print head from drying out. When taking the product out of storage, check the ink cartridges again to see if any are expired. If any cartridges are expired and you experience print quality issues, you may need to replace the expired ink cartridge to improve print quality.

  Make sure to turn off the product using the power button and unplug the power cord before placing it in storage. Cover the product to protect it from dust.
