Can the product automatically detect when a nozzle is clogged?

• Yes. The printer automatically checks for clogged nozzles and performs real-time auto nozzle compensation when clogs are detected to maintain print quality. If the number of clogged nozzles exceeds a specified threshold, the printer will initiate a print head cleaning. You can select custom settings to adjust the threshold for clogged nozzles, as well as when the Auto Cleaning takes place.

  Note: The Auto Cleaning feature may not detect all clogged nozzles. A small amount of ink is consumed when the printer checks for clogged nozzles. Even when the Auto Cleaning setting is turned off, the printer may periodically perform cleaning automatically to maintain print quality.
