There's no ink on the page when it comes out of my product. What should I do?
- Make sure the ink cartridge is not empty. Also if the ink cartridge is older than 6 months, the ink may have thickened. If so, install a new genuine Epson ink cartridge and run up to 10 consecutive cleaning cycles to see if this will clear it up. After every 3rd cleaning cycle print a demo sheet by holding down the ALT button for a few moments while turning on the printer's power. If nothing helps then the printer should be serviced by an authorized Epson service center.
