My product is severely malfunctioning (no power, loud noises). What should I do?

  • Turn the printer OFF and remove the printer cable from the printer. Verify the power source. Make sure that all packing material has been removed (transportation screw, tape, Styrofoam, etc.). Reconnect the printer cable and power the printer back ON. If the problem persists, the printer may need to be sent in for service. If this is the case, please contact the EPSON Connection for assistance.
