How do I replace the auto cutter?

    1. Turn the product off and unplug the product's power cord from the power outlet.

    2. Open the maintenance box cover.

    3. Open the front cover.

    4. With a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the screw shown in step 1 below, then remove the auto cutter cover as shown in step 2.

    5. Disconnect the cable that connects the auto cutter to the product.

    6. With a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two screws shown in step 1 below, then remove the auto cutter from the product.

    7. Install the replacement auto cutter and secure it with the two screws shown in step 2 below.

    8. Connect the cable from the auto cutter to the product.

    9. Attach the auto cutter cover to the product and secure it with the screw shown in step 2 below.

    10. Close the front cover.

    11. Close the maintenance box cover.

    12. Plug the product's power cord into a power outlet, and turn the product on.

    13. Reset the auto cutter counter. To reset the counter, use the arrow buttons on the product's operation panel to select the following: > Printer Status/Print > Auto Cut Counter > After Replacement.
