Nothing prints. What should I do?
- Unplug the printer and turn off the computer. Make sure the printer cable is securely connected to the printer and computer ports. Power up the printer and computer and try printing again. If the cable was not the issue, turn off the printer and computer, disconnect the interface cable and run a nozzle check from the Utility menu. If the nozzle check works, try checking for and deleting any stalled print jobs.
