My product constantly loses connection with my Mac network. What is wrong?

  • You may have used the Epson Namer to name the Ethernet card. The Epson Namer should only be used for LocalTalk networks. In order to reset the card please follow the steps below:
    1. Power off the printer and let the Ethernet lights go off.
    2. Hold down the button on the Ethernet card and hold it for 5 seconds while you power the printer on.
    3. Use Epson Net MacAssist to rename the card/printer.
