I see the message Driver ink set setting is wrong, mismatch error on my product's control panel when I print from ColorBurst. What should I do?
-
This error occurs when there is a mismatch between the environment selected in ColorBurst and the ink set installed in the printer. When you select the environment, it is important to note which ink set is being used in the printer.
If photo black ink is installed, you must select PK as the Environment setting in ColorBurst. If matte black ink is installed, you must select MK.
You can bypass the error and continue printing by pressing the pause button on the printer, but your output may be affected because of the ink and media mismatch.
