• Yes, you can upload workouts to a linked app without using Epson Run Connect as long as the workouts are already in RUNSENSE View. Do one of the following:

  Using Your Mobile Device

  1. Start Epson Run Connect.
  2. Tap Dashboard.
  3. Tap .
  4. Tap Linked App List.
  5. Tap the Synchronize button next to the linked app.

  Using Your Computer

  1. Log in to RUNSENSE View.
  2. Click .
  3. Click Linked App List.
  4. Click the Synchronize button next to the linked app.

  The workouts in RUNSENSE View upload to the app, and the current status of the upload appears in red. To refresh the status, click the Update status button.
