It's difficult to receive a GPS signal or the signal is interrupted often when I perform GPS positioning. What should I do?
-
Try the following:
- Make sure you are not surrounded by tall buildings, trees, or other overhead obstructions that might interrupt GPS signals.
- Use the AGPS function in the Epson Run Connect app on your mobile device before performing GPS positioning. This function collects data from a network to assist with GPS positioning. To use the AGPS function, start Epson Run Connect on your mobile device, then tap AGPS and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: Make sure your mobile device has an Internet connection. You do not need to be outside while using the AGPS function.
- Give the product about five minutes to find a GPS signal. If no signal is found, reset the product by pressing all four buttons (A, B, C, and D) at the same time.
If the recommendations above do not help, contact Epson support.
