It's difficult to receive a GPS signal or the signal is interrupted often when I perform GPS positioning. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure you are not surrounded by tall buildings, trees, or other overhead obstructions that might interrupt GPS signals.
    • Use the AGPS function in the Epson Run Connect app on your mobile device before performing GPS positioning. This function collects data from a network to assist with GPS positioning. To use the AGPS function, start Epson Run Connect on your mobile device, then tap AGPS and follow the on-screen instructions.

      Note: Make sure your mobile device has an Internet connection. You do not need to be outside while using the AGPS function.

    • Give the product about five minutes to find a GPS signal. If no signal is found, reset the product by pressing all four buttons (A, B, C, and D) at the same time.
