The product displays an inaccurate heart rate or loses communication with the optional heart rate chest strap. What should I do?

• Try the following:

  • Make sure you are wearing the heart rate chest strap snugly with the electrodes pressed against your chest as shown below.
    
  • Slightly dampen the electrodes on the heart rate chest strap.
    
  • Detach the heart rate chest strap unit from the belt, clean both snap buttons, and reattach them.
    
  • Replace the battery in the heart rate chest strap.
