The M-Tracer For Golf app displays the message Hardware Error. What should I do?

Try the following:
- Turn off the device and turn it back on.
When the device is on, the blue LED turns on for one second and then flashes once every two seconds.
- Try resetting the device by pressing the Reset button on the bottom of the device.
If the solutions above do not help clear the error, contact Epson support for more help.
- Turn off the device and turn it back on.
