Why is the display compressed when I use my product with my notebook?

• On many notebook computers, simultaneous display of the projector image and LCD panel causes the image to become compressed. Set the notebook for external display only. If you are not sure how to set the notebook for external display, consult your notebook's User Manual for instructions on how to change this setting.
