I installed the Epson Connect software, but I can't use Epson Connect. What should I do?

    Do the following:

    1. Log in to your Epson Connect account. Select Printer List, if necessary.
    2. Check the Status column for your product. Depending on your product's status, do one of the following:
      • indicates your product is connected. Contact Epson Support for help.
      • indicates your product is not connected. Make sure your product is turned on and shows no error messages on the control panel or computer. Make sure your Internet service is functioning correctly.
      • If your product is not listed, contact Epson Support for help.
