The colors in my projected images are wrong. What should I do?

  • Try making the following video adjustments depending on the type of image being projected:
    1. For displaying a COMPUTER IMAGE, please try adjusting the gamma setting on the Video Menu. This adjusts the vividness of colors in the image. This adjustment allows for a dynamic (Use this for an image with distinct color differences, such as charts), normal (This leaves the tints uncorrected) or natural image (Choose this setting to produce images with a natural tint, such as video images). If necessary, adjust the Brightness and Contrast. In the Advanced Menu adjust the Color Setting. Select Auto for the projector to automatically select the correct color temperature. Select Manual to set the values yourself. Select Absolute Color Temp (Positive color temperature values provide a cold white; negative values select a warmer white) or RGB. This allows you to increase the amount of red, blue, and green in the image. Then adjust the screen color. Black Level - This setting can decrease the black in the image.
White Level - This setting can decrease white in the image.
