Can I use a Wi-Fi Direct (Simple AP Mode) connection to connect the app to the scanner?
A Wi-Fi Direct connection is not supported. You need the app to connect to your scanner in infrastructure mode. To make the connection, select + or Settings > Add/Switch Scanner, and then follow the instructions to connect. The app will walk you through setting up the scanner onto your infrastructure network SSID. Have your network name (SSID) and network password available so you can connect.
