Support Other Products Mobile and Cloud Solutions Epson iProjection App for iOS

I can't find my document in the Documents option in Epson iProjection. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure your document is one of the following supported file types:
      • Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx, Office 2003 or later)
      • Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx, Office 2003 or later)
      • Microsoft Excel (.xls, .xlsx, Office 2003 or later)
      • Keynote '09 (.key)
      • Adobe PDF (.pdf, PDF 1.7, Acrobat 8 compatible or later)
    • If your document is stored on a cloud service, tap , select your cloud service app, and tap the name of the document.

If you still can't find your document, move the document to iProjection's Documents option. Do the following:

    1. Save your document in a location where you can easily find it.
    2. Connect your iOS device to your Mac or Windows computer.
    3. Start iTunes.
    4. Select your iOS device in iTunes.
    5. Select File Sharing.
    6. Under Apps, select iProjection and click Add.
    7. Navigate to the document in the window that appears, select the document, and then click Add. The document is added to iProjection's Documents option.
    8. Select to eject your iOS device from iTunes.
    9. Start iProjection on your iOS device and select your projector to connect to it.

Note: If your projector does not appear on the screen when you start the app, make sure the projector is set up with a network connection. If it still does not appear, tap Search by IP Address and enter the projector's IP address.

You can find the IP address in the projector's LAN standby screen, Network menu, or Home screen, if available. See your projector's User's Guide for more information.

    10. Tap > Documents.
    11. Select your document to display it.
