My product does not work since I updated to macOS 10.14. What should I do?
Reinstall your product's software. Do the following:
- Go to the Epson support page and select your product.
- Select macOS 10.14 in the Operating System drop-down box, if necessary.
- Do one of the following:
- Download and install the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package for your product if it's available.
- If a Drivers and Utilities Combo Package is not available for your product, install the software in the Recommended For You section.
