I see the message Ink Cartridge Error: Replace Ink Cartridge. What should I do?

  • An ink cartridge in your printer needs to be replaced. The cartridge may be expended, or the IC chip on the cartridge may not be communicating properly. Try reseating the cartridge and turning the printer off and on. If you still see the error message, try installing a different ink cartridge in the printer.

    If this did not solve the problem, contact Epson support.
