How can I prevent the Epson UltraChrome ink on the Epson Screen Positive Film from sticking to the emulsion layer of the screen?
- Allow more time for the emulsion to dry.
- Expose the screen positive film in an environment where the relative humidity is no higher than 55%. Use a dehumidifier to lower the humidity in the room, or move the film to a less humid area.
- Use an emulsion exposure calculator to determine the appropriate exposure time. The screen may have been exposed for too long.
