The ONYX software shows that my product is not connected. What should I do?

  • Make sure your printer is connected to your computer. If the connection is fine, try the following:

    1. Click Configure Printer.
    2. Select the Device tab > Configure Port > TCP/IP > Configure.
    3. Verify that the IP address in the software matches the IP address on your printer. To see your printer's IP address, select Menu > Printer Settings > Network Settings > IP.
    4. Click Test to verify the connection.
