Epson Scan 2 crashes when I select the Configuration option. What should I do?

• There will be an update to Epson Scan 2 to solve this problem. Install the update when it becomes available. For now, use Epson Scan 2 without selecting the Configuration option.

  To install the update, use Epson Software Updater or go to your product's support page to download and install the software from the Downloads tab.
