What settings do the DIP switches control?
The LQ-500, L-750, and L-1000 have two 8-position DIP switches.
These switches are located inside the cartridge slot cover at the right rear corner of the printer.

Note: Unidirectional graphics is the printer default. Placing switch 2-6 in the ON position allows selection of Bidirectional graphics after an ESC U O is sent.
