Support Projectors PowerLite Series Epson PowerLite TW100

The temperature light red. What should I do?

  • The projector is overheating, which turns the projection lamp off automatically. Let the projector cool for a few minutes, then turn it back on. Make sure the room temperature is not above 95 degrees F (35 degrees C). Make sure nothing is blocking the ventilation vents. Check to see if the air filter is clogged. If it is, replace or clean the filter by following the steps in your User's Guide. Let the projector cool for a while after cleaning the air filter. If the projector continues to overheat after you clean the air filter, the problem may be caused by damage to the cooling fan or internal circuits.
