Why don't my photos look right when I view them in the Photo viewer?

• Make sure your photos are in JPEG (not progressive JPEG) format and have a pixel resolution of between 120 W 120 and 4600 W 4600.
  
  Check the TV's Color Mode, Brightness, and other tone settings. Press the Color button on the remote control to cycle though the color modes. See Adjusting the Picture Quality in the User's Guide for more information.
