The printed colors are wrong. What should I do?

• Make sure you loaded the paper with the shiny side up. See Loading Paper in the User's Guide.
  
  Your ink cassette may be snagged. Remove the ink cassette, free the snag, then reinsert the cassette.
  
  Your ink ribbon may need to be replaced. Obtain a Photo Printing Packet and replace the ink cassette.
  
  Make sure your photo or image is 3MB or smaller in size.
  
  Printed colors can never exactly match the screen colors.
