How should I remove jammed paper from my product?

• If paper jams in the printer at the front, gently pull the jammed paper out. Remove the paper cassette tray, fan the paper, and reload the paper cassette tray. Try printing again.

  If paper is still jammed in the printer, you may need to clear the jam from the back of the printer.
