The printed colors are wrong. What should I do?

• Make sure you loaded the paper with the shiny side up. See Loading Paper.
  
  Your ink cassette may need replacement. Obtain a Photo Printing Packet and replace the ink cassette.
  
  Printed colors can never exactly match the screen colors.
