Why doesn't channel zapping work?

• In order to use the channel zapping feature, you must be watching a cable or broadcast program received through the ANT1 port and the jumper cable that connects the ANT2 and RF Output must be in place. You must also turn off the ANT2 port. See Using Channel Zapping for more information on turning off the ANT2 port and using channel zapping.
