The DVD skips when it plays. What should I do?

Check the following:
- Make sure Epson MovieMate is not tilted more than 15 degrees. This can cause skipping or disc scratches. Use the vertical image adjustment dial to adjust the image position.
- Make sure there are no fingerprints or dirt on the DVD. clean it if necessary.
