A disc is stuck in the my product and is not ejected when I press the Eject button. Can I press something inside the hole next to the Eject button to make the disc eject?

• No. The hole next to the Eject button is an opening for the disc status light, which turns green when a disc is inserted or being played. Inserting anything into this depression can damage the LED and other internal circuits. If the disc does not come out when you press the Eject button, you'll need to send the Epson MovieMate to an Epson Service Center to have the disc retrieved.
