The product won't go into sleep mode. What should I do?

• Make sure Sleep Mode is set to the desired length of time you want before the projector turns off automatically. To set the time, press the Menu button on the projector or remote control and select Settings > Operation > Sleep Mode. See Other Setup Options.
  
  The projector enters sleep mode only if it does not receive a signal for the period of time specified in the Sleep Mode setting. If a computer or video equipment is connected with the power on, a signal is present and the projector will not go into sleep mode.
