The message Signal not supported appears when I try to view video from my external video equipment. What should I do?

Press the button on the remote control to access the Visual Setup menu. See Setting Video Options and check the Video Signal setting. Try setting this option to Auto. If this doesn't solve the problem, change the setting to the signal format appropriate to the equipment.
If your projector is connected to a computer, try lowering the screen resolution. See Compatible Video Formats for instructions.
