How do I obtain the DivX VOD (Video On Demand) registration code from my product when the menu is grayed-out and not selectable?

• Do the following:
  1. Turn on the projector.
  2. Insert the DVD with the DivX file on it into the projector's DVD player.
  3. Press the Setup button on the projector or remote control. You see the Language Setup page.
  4. Press the left arrow button twice to display the Others Setup page.
  5. Press the down arrow button three times to highlight DivX VOD code, then press the right arrow button.
     
     The DivX registration code is displayed.
