Why does the image/picture have a blue, red, or green cast or haze when I connect my video equipment (DVD player, satellite receiver, etc.) to my product using a component-to-VGA video cable?
The problem could be caused by the connection or configuration of your video equipment. Check the following:
- Make sure your component-to-VGA video cable is properly connected.
- Select Component as the Computer Input setting in the Signal menu. See Adjusting the Input Signal.
- Make sure the connected video equipment is set up to output video to component video.
