Which cable do I need to connect my computer or video equipment to my product?

  • See below for the type of equipment you are connecting to the projector.

    Video equipment

    You can connect the projector to many types of video equipment, such as a Blu-ray Disc/DVD player, digital tuner, cable or satellite box, video game console, camcorder, or digital camera. You can connect up to six pieces of video equipment at the same time.

    Look at your video equipment to determine its available video output connections. For best results, connect your video equipment to the projector's HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) port, if possible. If your equipment doesn't support HDMI, connect it to one of the following ports (highest quality listed first): Component (for component video), S-Video, or Video (for composite video).

    (Connect the cable to the three component video ports. Match corresponding colors between the cable and the ports.)

    Computer or laptop

    For best results, connect your computer or laptop to the projector's HDMI port, if possible. If your computer or laptop doesn't support HDMI, connect it to the PC port.
