My projected image appears jittery or shaky when viewing video or moving images. What should I do?

You may need to adjust the 2-2 Pull-down (Pro Cinema 9350 only), 4-4 Pull-down (Pro Cinema 9700 UB only), and/or Frame Interpolation (Pro Cinema 9700 UB only) settings. See Sharpness and Picture Quality Settings.
If you are viewing video from a device connected to the projector's S-Video or Video port or from a device connected to the projector's Component or HDMI port and the signal being sent is interlaced (480i/576i/1080i), be sure to set the Progressive setting to Film/Auto in the Signal menu. See Sharpness and Picture Quality Settings.
Note:
Turning on the Progressive setting converts interlaced signals into progressive signals which can improve picture quality when viewing video or moving images. This setting should be turned off when viewing still images.
For best results, connect your video equipment to the HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) port, if possible. If your equipment doesn't support HDMI, connect it to one of the following ports (highest quality listed first): Component (for component video), S-Video, or Video (for composite video).
