When my product is connected to the network with an Ethernet cable, my product locks up and all the error lights start flashing. What should I do?

The network port buffer on the projector is being flooded with network traffic. Check your network switch port settings for the following:
- The PoE (Power over Ethernet) setting may be enabled. The projector does not support this feature. Disable the PoE (Power over Ethernet) feature on the switch ports the projector is connected to.
- Change the Ethernet switch port settings for the projector connections from Trunk to Access.
- Multiple VLAN's may be broadcasting traffic to all ports. Allow only the required VLAN traffic to access the projector through the switch ports configured for the projector.
Note: The above settings should be configured on your network and not the projector settings. If you are having difficulty configuring the network settings. Please contact your network administrator for assistance in configuring the network settings.
