I entered the wrong password three times and now my product's operation is locked. What should I do?

  • If you don't remember the password, write down the request code that appears on the Password screen and contact Epson support. Do not continue to enter the wrong password. If you enter an incorrect password 30 times in succession, the projector will be locked and you'll need to contact Epson support for assistance.

    If you now remember your password, but the projector locked after you entered a wrong password 3 times, try the following:
    1. Turn off the projector.
    2. Disconnect and reinsert the power cord.
    3. Turn on the projector.
    The projector displays the password screen so you can try again.
