The product won't go into sleep mode. What should I do?

• Make sure Sleep Mode is turned on in the Extended menu and that it is set to the length of time you want before the projector turns off automatically. See Customizing Power and Operation.
  
  The projector enters sleep mode only if it does not receive a video signal for the period of time specified in the Sleep Mode setting.
