How do I display smoother moving images over a VGA connection?

Do the following:
- Connect the VGA computer cable to a Computer port on the projector.
- Press the Menu button on the remote control and press the Enter button.
- Select Image.
- Press the arrow buttons and select Video Mode, then press Enter.
- Select Motion and press Enter.
