Shooting lines appear between the pens, when I use two pens at the same time. What should I do?

• Try the following:
  • Make sure the Pen Operation Mode is set to two users in the Easy Interactive Function setting on the projector's Extended menu.
  • Make sure the interactive software in use supports annotation with two pens at the same time. Contact your software manufacturer for assistance. If the software supports only one pen, make sure the Pen Operation Mode is set to One User/Mousein the Easy Interactive Function setting on the projector's Extended menu.
