I set up my projector to email whiteboard pages, but my test email fails to send. What should I do?

  • This may happen if there's an issue with your mail server. To determine if your mail server is causing the problem, connect the projector to another wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, and enter a different email address as the Default e-mail address. Make sure the new email address uses a different mail server (i.e. If you were originally using a Gmail account, enter an email address that is not Gmail). Then send a test email. If the test email reaches its destination, your mail server is causing the problem. Contact your mail provider for help.
