There is a problem with the image quality. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • If viewing a live video, make sure the protective film is removed from the camera lens.
    • Switch between 2D or 3D if you are viewing two distorted images.
    • If you see on the home screen, wait for the product's internal temperature to lower. If the product gets too hot, the image brightness may be decreased for safety.
