How do I project an image from my iOS or Android device?
-
Do one of the following:
- Use the Epson iProjection app to project an image via wireless connection. See the setup instructions below for your device type.
Note: Using the Remote feature of the Epson iProjection app, you can start a playlist stored on the USB device inserted in the projector. For more information on creating playlists and exporting them to an USB device, see the Epson Projector Content Manager Operation Guide.
Note: Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Epson iProjection app on your mobile device.
- Connect your projector and the device using an adapter and a video-out connector, such as a VGA or HDMI cable.
- Android only: Mirror your device's screen with Miracast (PowerLite L610U/L615U). See the links below for more information.
Note: You must install the Epson 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN module and set up your projector for wireless projection (PowerLite L400U/L500W/L510U/L610/L610W). If the wireless LAN module is not included with the projector, you can purchase it from the Epson Store. If your projector is connected to a wired local area network (LAN) with a 100Base-TX or 10Base-T network cable and the network includes a wireless access point, the wireless LAN module is not needed.
