The intelligent controller shuts down unexpectedly. What should I do?

  • Press and hold the power button for at least two seconds to restart it. If it does not start, press and hold the power button for at least 12 seconds to reset the system and restart it.

    The intelligent controller may not restart due to the following reasons:

    • The battery inside the intelligent controller overheated and shut down for safety reasons. Even if you press the power button, the intelligent controller won't restart until the system returns to room temperature. Wait for the temperature to drop, then press the power button to restart it.
    • If the battery is not sufficiently charged, it will not restart. Charge it, then press and hold the power button for at least two seconds to restart it.
    If the problem persists, contact Epson for support.
