No image displays. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure the cables are connected properly.
    • Press the Standby button on the interface unit to enable video.
    • Make sure the intelligent controller is turned on.
    • Unplug the USB cable from the intelligent controller, wait 15 seconds, then reconnect.
